Orange Lake Resorts - Taxi Driver Not Paid (corrupt company Orange Lake)

AvoiHello- I am a taxi driver for Mears, #47%#@. I picked up some customers on March 18th of this year from the international drive area and transported them to orange lake kissimmee resort.

They told me orange lake would have my voucher which they did not have for me. My dispatch manager called the company and arranged for me to pick up my voucher from one of the Holiday Inn locations. Everywhere I went had no idea what I was talking about. I was then supposed to come back to this location yet over the phone they said that they couldnt help me as well.

I came back an updated paper with all the information from that fare- and the rude *** from the front desk wouldnt stop repeating youll have to check with your superiors. She sounded like a gazelle with grass in its mouth.

I would like this situation remedied before I take it up with the better business bureau and potentially pursue a lawsuit. This is wrong

Extremely unhappy owner

I need a manager of the resort to call me. As a owner I am completely disgusted with the way I was spoke to. I am hoping the conversation actually was recorded. I had called 4 times and been disconnected on passed on until the 4th call. I want someone to call me as I will not wait on the line again for another to be treated so poorly! Tami

Resort owner

I am a resort owner in the West village for week 43. The unit I stay in was suppose to be fully remodeled in 2020. Unfortunately I was told that the unit has not been remodeled. My complaint is the unit is very worn, outdated and the beds are TERRIBLE. I have let them know the past two years about my concerns. I called today and spoke with the front desk, club vacations and owner support with no luck. As a owner I would not recommend purchasing at Orange Lake and I will be calling to get out of my ownership.

I just feel as an owner I should have to pay for a tube at the lazy river. I shouldnt have to pay for putt putting. I feel other than the point system there is not benefits of being an owner.

I was given a 7 night vacation to a Holiday Inn Club Vacations for attending a 3 1/2 hour sales presentation.

I have a post card vacation description and a paid voucher for an Endless Vac 7 Night with a Holiday Inn Club Vacation resort (subject to availability).

We have no idea how to redeem this voucher. The HICV website requires a membership number.

We do not have a membership.

We are previous owners with Orange Lake however we gave the unit to our daughter several years ago,

I have called every number I could find for Orange Lake or HICV.

I have spent days working on this and each effort resulted in eternal telephone hold times.

If this is a scam just tell me so I can move on. My frustration level with this process is off the chart.

If someone could resolve this I would be very appreciative.

Recent Stay

I have been an owner at Orange Lake for over 30 years.

Over the last 10 years or so the resort standards have been slipping and now in my opinion it is beyond unacceptable.

My recent stay.

Once again the 2 bed villa west village was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I stayed for 2 weeks and the mid 2 week clean was no better.

Also, I should be asked if I would like a clean during my 2 week stay. I should not have to call resort services to book it.

The resort has obviously cut down on grass cutting and general litter clearance.

The new policy of not providing pool towels is ill-considered. Do you really expect customers on vacation to wash and dry their own pool towels??? Seriously, I have better things to do on my vacation.

The proposed charge of $25 per lost towel is also ridiculous - this is supposed to be a 5 star resort not a 2 star drive-in motel !!

I was charged $10 without notice for a small parcel delivery.

I have never been charged for this service before. These petty charges and poor standard of service are making me reconsider my ownership.

I can’t get any help or answers.

I purchased the holiday inn vacation package which consisted of the package that sleeps 8 people I have 8 people coming some are 15 years old and a 17 year old. Also, a 1 year old, 3 and 6 year old and I was told they would count them as an individual when they are babies and wen I ask to get a resort the sleeps 12 they say they dont have but the website clearly says it does. Everybody keep saying different stuff and saying I need to call this and that person.

Left coat, no return!

Last day, 10 am checkout, I forgot coat on bedroom doorknob. Cleaning had come early about 10:05.

Called front desk at 11 AM, was referred to lost & found but its closed on Sunday. Reported issue to front desk and they promised to report it on Monday and then call me then. My son, who was still at Orange Lake, also called and asked for jacket to be held at front desk for him to pick up. I also called again on Monday, 3rd report, and was again promised theyd call me when coat was located.

Thats 2 calls to me, 1 call to my son. No one got a call. Checked out at 10 am Sunday & asked for coat at 11, cleaners still working. I did it right, I followed directions, Orange Lake has not.

Jacket was for cold Plane. Took plane, no jacket. So, I got the run-around, a chill, and the shaft. Heres a cliche for you, Orange Lake, you know 3 strikes?

Boo, to you Orange Lake, cutesy Pissed Off Customer joke doesnt change business inefficiency nor bad business practices on good customers. LIVING IN HOPE. Sad post-script on a good vacation. PS: beware Orange Lake uses the term VILLA for condos and Bungalow for the Villas in spite of Webster!

Semantics count Orange Lake and its not up to us to figure out how you use terms. That was also disappointing.

It was a catch-up, I just did not understand. Thanks for great service. The only thing I hate is being held hostage by this survey, needed to many character. Making a minimum is a *** thing to do to people that need to say less.

I asked for assistance with adding a day to an existing reservation and was basically transferred to department after department with hours on hold only go be told they wouldnt help. They had availability but would not step up and assist. I was told that I was on my own. Special notice to Thomas in customer service who recommended I call a third party company to make the reservation. And to Janine in weeks owner relations who said I needed to go off property.

Hi Im currently a time share holder and have been trying to deal with lifes issues bills rent and 4 children at the moment of purchasing the time share my wife and I assumed it would be a great idea but we just couldnt afford it Im honestly rewatching out to you guys to see if there is any way we can void the contract and or accept my return of the time share I just cant seem to get anything credit wise it has affected my wife and I so much and it just seems to get worse and worse the more time goes by if you could please contact me or at least point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate you help .
